Frequently asked questions
How much does a certified translation or legalization cost?
The price depends on the type of document, number of pages, language, destination country, deadline and official fees (ministry, embassy, notary). That's why every request gets a free quote: send us a scan of your document.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. Most requests are handled entirely remotely: you send a scan and we return the document by email or courier. If an original is needed, we explain how to get it to us.
Apostille or legalization: which do I need?
It depends on the country where the document will be used. If that country has joined the Hague Convention, an apostille is enough; otherwise the document must be legalized by the ministry and then the embassy. We check for you.
Which languages do you translate?
More than 15 languages, including French, English, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, Chinese and the national languages: Wolof, Pulaar, Serer, Jola, Mandinka and Soninke.
