This policy explains how ABC Translation handles the personal data you send through this website, in accordance with Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data.
What we collect
Through the quote form: your name, email, phone number (optional), your request, the city and languages concerned, and any documents you attach. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why
Only to reply to your request, prepare your quote and, if you accept it, carry out the service.
Who receives it
Our team and, only when the service requires it, the translators, notaries, authorities, embassies or ABC Translation offices involved. Emails are processed by our provider Infomaniak (Switzerland).
How long
Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Documents related to completed orders are kept for the period required by law.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@abc-offices.com. You can also contact the Commission de protection des données personnelles (CDP) of Senegal.
Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption. Attachments are sent directly to our mailbox and are not stored on the web server.
